Green Button Farm is hosting a hands on whole butchery course on Sunday, June 21st (10 am-3pm). Class is limited to 12 participants. Led by award winning chef and butcher James Naquin, our guests will break down 1 1/2 hogs into their primals and further into cuts. A discussion of culinary uses for each part will follow. Cost is $225 which includes a hands on experience breaking down a pig, a brief farm tour, a farm lunch, a gift certificate to GBF and ~20lbs of meat to take home.
